Limitation of Liability:

(4) Any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).

X-Bit Computer Solution's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered.

Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier.

X-Bit Computer Solutions will not be responsible for any software incompatibilities or failures.

Warranty:
Our warranty does not apply to any item that has been modified, overclocked, abused, or mis-used. Products are not warrantied as to compatibility with your current components in regards to use, fit, or utility. The consumer is responsible for making sure that the parts ordered from X-Bit Computer Solutions will be compatible with their system (e.g. correct heat sink for your CPU).

X-Bit Computer Solutions reserves the right to repair or replace defective items under warranty as we see appropriate.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product back to X-Bit Computer Solutions. Customers must ship the item back to X-Bit Computer Solutions using a reputable carrier that is capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer bears all risk of loss in transit to X-Bit Computer Solutions. The customer will need to pay the cost of shipping to us, we will cover freight for sending the replacement or fixed items back to the customer. If the returned goods are found to be not faulty, then all return shipping fees will be worn by the customer.

Do not ship the product back to us using only the original retail box the product came in. We will reject any package sent to us like that. Pack it well - any damage caused to the product due to poor packaging or shipping choice is your responsibility and we cannot replace or repair the product under warranty.

Compatibility:
It is the responsibility of the customer to research product compatibility before purchasing from X-Bit Computer Solutions. This may require the customer to phone, email or check on the manufacturer's website to check that any new software or hardware purchased will work fault-free with whatever is currently installed. Compatibility between products is not guaranteed.

Shortages:
Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days after confirmed delivery to report any shortages in the shipment. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.
